I’ll update that blog entry with pertinent information about MCR at Bamboozle as it comes in through the day.
4 hours until they go on!

Transcribed By: EmilyEditor’s Note: The video is set in Dr. Death Defying’s lair/hideout/studio as a live transmission.
Read more about the making of the “listening party” and see the set-up at boxer-comix.com, thanks to Jonathan Rivera.
Dr. Death Defying (played by Steve Montano from Mindless Self-Indulgence)’s DJ commentary is interspersed with the songs of Danger Days…, which are set to psychedelic visuals.
—-Dr. Death Defying: Here we are, motorbabies. Right before your very eyes as Dr. Death Defying appears with the shiniest of surprises. The bag is open, the cat has jumped out, and from zone to zone you won’t want to roll without it.
Stop! Listen… Thump-thump-thump… can you feel that? My blessed little heart is beating so hard with excitement I could just about taste my blood.
Yes, I mean to be smug when I say I got the musical wonderdrug that’ll make you wonder how you wonder how you dug anything else.
What’s new is old, what’s old is new; I’ve got some My Chemical Romance for you.
That’s right: Danger Days: The True Lives Of The Fabulous Killjoys, and its all for you, true black and blue.
Thank you so much for this, Emily!!
After a heart-pounding fight to the end, we made it to the 5th round of MTV’s Musical March Madness: THE SEMIFINALS!!
We’re against Green Day, so this is going to be a FIERCE battle! We’ve made it this far the past couple years, we need to make it all the way this time!
Go vote and keep it up!
The fourth round of Musical March Madness ends tonight! Let’s make sure MCR stay in the race!
Earlier today, the official Metallica account tweeted, and they managed to get ahead of us; so, we need to continuously vote to secure our lead.
If they were to tweet again, I know—having witnessed how fast they got ahead earlier—that they could easily pass us again.
MCRmy unite! The official MCR account probably will not tweet; so, we’re on our own in this: All the better to show how fucking powerful we are.
DESTROY!!
Musical March Madness Round 4: My Chemical Romance v. Metallica
Voting will end March 30 at 12:00 a.m. EST (since midnight can be a tricky thing, that’s the one immediately following 11:59 p.m. EST on March 29)
At the time of posting, our percentage is declining rapidly. We are at 55.21% while Metallica is at 44.79%.
Yes, we are winning, but it is only by a small margin. Do not get arrogant—we must continue to vote mercilessly!
Remember that if you vote too much within a period of time, you will be blocked for two hours. So, pace yourself and vote continuously!
Please reblog this.
These match-ups have been easy-peasy (“pumpkin-peasy, pumpkin pie, motherfucker”) to this point.
However, we’re in the later stages now and we need all the Killjoy power we can get! The next round is going to be even tougher than this; so, keep rallying fans!
We’ve ALMOST won this the past couple years. Let’s make this year the year that we win. Let’s show the guys how excited we are about their recording and how much we believe in them.
VOTE!
